A collection of photographs of French food, where it is sold and how it is produced. All images were photographed on location in France and include markets, restaurants, cheese making, food shops, fishing, oysters and truffles. The earlier images date back to the 1980s but the collection also includes many recent photographs and new work is continuously being added. John Heseltine lives in south west France for 3 or 4 months a year so is often available to taken on French assignments
